My goal is always to empower you and to hold space for you to begin reshaping the patterns that have held you back.     This, as a facilitation, means that you will do the healing - we hold specific focus' together but the actual shifting is always going to be your choice and your allowance to process.    We each have a timing in our process, and this will be honored at all times.   Subtle energy consults are dedicated exclusively to energy rebalancing faciliation and to learning more about your energy flow dynamics.     To do this we will likely talk about past and present experiences that are woven into your health problems or stress.   I call these consults "life coaching with a kick" as we do delve into your emotional and other life happenings , but as we do this, I am also holding space for gentle release of the locks.    This is a very powerful combination.     Assorted client comments ...

Interaction Dynamic Session  These are very specific sessions (or can be done as a remote) that focus on you and another person or group of persons to help open up opportunity for better relations to take place. If you feel that you and another are getting nowhere but would like to, consider this type of remote to build a new platform of interaction. The focus of these remotes will center around you and the other(s) receiving one another better. In particular we will be looking at the flow dynamics happening on on a SUBconscious level between both solar plexus'. Opening up a forward momentum flow specifically through solar plexus and root dynamics at subconscious and conscious levels has proven itself within these consults to be very powerful in helping turn a challenging relationship around.    Some who have have had this happen say it changes their relationship for the better from the minute that these flows are opened!

Note about session package:   These must all be scheduled within a 2 month period.    If you are in the midst of great change, or are making great efforts to regain health, then you really would want to schedule a session about every week to week and a half.   Each consult will build on the next so the momentum of their synergistic effect is far more beneficial for you if spaced closer together.

These consults are performed in comfortable clothing that you can relax and move in.  Kinesthetic bodywork allows your subconscious to speak in a new way, making this modality a powerful addition to any healing protocol.

This is like no other type of body therapy and is expressly designed to deeply listen to your many layers.   For an hour, I will use my intuitive combined with a heightened format of kinesthetic sense in a dance with your many layers and will likely move from head to toe and back again, laying hands on you exactly where and how  I feel your needs to be lighting up.   There is never force involved and through these sessions parts of you will be able to be heard that may never have been allowed to express and be soothed before.   These are quiet, non-invasive sessions through which my nurturance and deep listening ability will allow you to release amazing amounts of tension causing blocks.

These sessions build on one another synergistically.   There are some people who feel incredible releases of a very physical nature during their first session but others who will feel the sessions as a large aid in soothing stress levels.   We will all be uniquely different in how we work with and perceive/receive this modality.   Past experience has shown that sleep is better after even the first session to some degree and also that pain levels are often decreased to a significant degree.  Likely this is coming from the soothing of emotional and empathic layers, which can often account for much of what we think of as purely physical pain.

These can also be designed as one to one learning sessions to aid you in practicing how to tune into yourself this way.   There is nothing else like subtle hands-on bodywork for ease of use yet depth of potential!   These are interactive and fun,  with you  as the learning model that we will be looking to decrease stress or pain levels for.

To Order a Remote:    Prepayment is recommended; Then we will talk via email (or phone if you prefer) so that you can relay the facet or facets you want your remote to be about overall.    In turn you will also be given a scheduled day so you can allow yourself to be open to receive the remote on that day.
